Corporate and M&amp;A. Advise on add-on acquisitions and provide ongoing counsel on general corporate and governance matters, equity financings, asset or divisional dispositions, and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Finance. Advise borrowers on debt financings, with related structuring work and negotiation of terms and definitive loan documentation.

Employment and Labor. Provide employment law assistance, including negotiating employment agreements, establishing best practices with respect to labor and employment policies, preparing form employment documents, training human resources teams, implementing incentive equity arrangements, navigating employment and labor laws, including wage and hour issues, and handling employment related disputes and litigation.
