Adam Laser is Chair of Goldberg Kohn's Real Estate Group and a Principal in the firm. He has extensive experience in real estate finance, with a particular focus on the structuring, origination, negotiation, and workout of commercial mortgage loans. His experience includes permanent, bridge and construction mortgage lending, mortgage origination for commercial mortgage-backed securitization programs, mezzanine financing, syndications, ground lease financing, workouts and restructurings. &nbsp;

Adam represents financial institutions and other providers of debt and equity capital with respect to a broad range of real estate asset classes throughout the United States, with significant experience in hotels and senior housing. In addition, he regularly advises clients with regard to the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate throughout the United States. &nbsp;

Since 2019, he has been recognized annually by Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law. In addition, he has been named a Leading Lawyer in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Finance Law by Illinois Leading Lawyers.&nbsp;

Adam joined Goldberg Kohn in May 1996. In addition to leading the firm's Real Estate Group since 2017, he is a member of the firm's Compensation and Business Development committees.&nbsp;

Prior to his legal career, Adam worked on Capitol Hill and directed the Illinois and Indiana grass roots operations for a Washington, D.C.-based lobbying group. &nbsp;
